Gastrolux cookware is manufactured by highly specialized craftsmen who use only the best materials.

Gastrolux is guaranteed not to warp, chip, peel or blister for twenty (20) years from the date of purchase — see the warranty schedule below.

The non-stick properties will not decrease over time when the cookware is properly maintained and cleaned.

Gastrolux cookware does not require fat or oil. If you would like to use oil for taste, choose one that can be heated to high temperatures, such as Gastrolux Vital rapeseed oil with a slight taste of butter.

Important note Olive oil should never be used at high heat: it has a very low smoking point and will burn.

Replacement charges after the no-charge period

1/20th of the current price, multiplied by the number of years since the date of purchase.

Exclusions

  • Glass lids, except for heat damage.
  • Damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, overheating, alteration or commercial use.
  • Stains, discoloration, marks or dents.
  • Scratches made by metallic utensils — these scratches will not affect the non-stick properties of your cookware.
The Gastrolux liability is limited to the purchase price of your cookware.
